As showcased at CES 2025, the company has revealed the first two vehicles in the 0 Series electric cars line up – saloon and SUV. The company’s new ASIMO operating system released in these vehicles will come with high autopilot capabilities of the car. While the models are still under prototype forms, the company affirmed that the mass-produced vehicles will be sold in North America by 2026.
In addition to the vehicle display, Honda unveiled a business partnership with Renesas Electronics Corporation. It built aspiration to design and sustain a superior system on chip, which will help in driving the 0 Series EVs. Honda has said that after the pilot in North American, the next markets being considered are Japan and Europe.
